Introduction Customer SCM Specialist is responsible for Demand & Supply fulfillment by maintaining adequate inventory levels & supplying required part & tool to our customer in the Field on time at the right cost and quality.
Job Mission Focus on Samsung customer demand by performing on-time delivery, parts and tools order fulfilment, data analysis, other administrative duties based on the requirement of customer and ASML business priorities.
Job description ● Execute demand and supply fulfillment for Samsung customer under service contract. - Ensure safety stock level based on ASML stocking strategy and customer contract are maintained and replenished properly. - Validate inventory level compared to actual usage and improve it through collaboration with Plan & Allocation team. - Coordinate critical part & tool demand based on machine criticality and escalate supply issue to HQ in timely manner. - Utilize 3PL resources to ensure operations execution, shipment status reporting and exceptions management, and timely resolution of shipment issues. - Monitor demand signal and provide insight to enrich supply planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficient material E2E process efficiently to secure targeted inventory level.
● Communication & Process improvement - Steer communication with stakeholders for service performances on a day-to-day basis and manage relationship with both internal and external customers. - Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvements within supply chain and streamline via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C, 5S).
Education University degree or above with major related logistics/SCM and business administration.
Experience Above 3~ 7 years in supply chain field is preferred.
