DSM-Firmenich is a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Health, and as the Quality Assurance Manager,
you will define and uphold our compliance with Quality and Feed Safety standards such as ISO9001, FAMI-QS,
HACCP, KVGMP, and customer requirements. Quality is a key differentiator, and your role will be pivotal
to ensure we maintain rigorous compliance to safeguard for our consumers' safety and our business integrity.

The Quality Assurance Manager role works closely with other functions to ensure any requirements associated
with commercial, operational, and regulatory can be meet. Beyond regulatory compliance, you will also
be responsible to lead Quality Culture initiatives at the site being a force for Good to ensure that we never
compromise on Quality. In this role, you will serve as the face of our commitment to quality and compliance,
reinforcing our reputation as best-in-class and being the preferred supplier. Your dedication will contribute to

모집부문	주요 업무	자격 요건
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager - Animal, Nutrition & Health (ANH) 품질 보증(QA) 매니저 – Animal, Nutrition & Health (ANH)	- Management of Quality and Feed Safety System ensuring compliance to ANH applicable requirements and local regulations and maintenance of applicable certifications. - Feed Safety-HACCP team leader - Responsible to define the multi-year Q-targets together with the site management team based on ANH Regional and Global inputs - Define Site Quality Plan following Global Quality Plan - Lead and execute when applicable the QC related activities ensuring adherence to Global QC Standards - Oversee the inspection of the raw materials and final product quality and release in accordance with internal and external requirements (e.g. ISO, FAMI QS, HACCP, GMP+, customer) and applicable regulations - ANH 관련 요구 사항 및 Local 규정을 준수하고 해당 인증을 유지하도록 하는 품질 및 사료 안전 시스템 관리 - 사료 안전-HACCP 팀장 - ANH 지역 및 글로벌 입력을 기반으로 Site 관리 팀과 함께 다년간 Q 목표를 정의할 책임 - Global Quality Plan에 따라 Site Quality Plan 정의 - 해당되는 경우 글로벌 QC 표준을 준수하도록 QC 관련 활동을 주도하고 실행 - 내부 및 외부 요구 사항 (예: ISO, FAMI QS, HACCP, GMP+, 고객) 및 해당 규정에 따라 원자재 및 최종 제품 품질 검사 및 출시 감독	- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Veterinary sciences, Biology, Chemical engineering or equivalent education - Advantage to hold either Pharma license or Veterinary license in Korea - Min. 5 years of Quality Management experience in feed or food manufacturing with preference for experience in animal nutrition and health - Intimate knowledge and experience of Quality Systems within the feed/food industry. - Experience in Quality Management Systems Assessment and implementation of Quality System experience is desirable (GMP+ / FAMIQS /SHE / Security / ISO 9001:2000 / /HACCP) - Good command of English & Korean, and presentation skills - 화학, 수의학, 생물학, 화학 공학 또는 이와 동등한 학사 학위 - 약학 면허 또는 수의학 면허 소지자 우대 - 동물 영양 및 건강 분야 경험이 선호되는 사료 또는 식품 제조 분야에서 최소 5년의 품질 관리 경험 - 사료/식품 산업 내 품질 시스템에 대한 심층적인 지식 및 경험 - 품질 관리 시스템 경험 품질 시스템 평가 및 구현 경험 (GMP+/FAMIQS/SHE/Security/ISO 9001:2000//HACCP) - 영어 및 한국어에 대한 우수한 능력과 프레젠테이션 기술
