*Position summary:

HBO (Hair / Body / Oral) 화장품 원료 AT/TS (Application tech / Technical Service) 연구원 인턴 또는 직계약직

- Provide HBO technical solutions, technical expertise / know-how on applications for customers

*Main Tasks:
- Management D&AT
Fully accountable for the innovation and technical activities of the EM HBO category in Korea, ensuring creation and
execution of market measures, topics and projects and effective and efficient technical support of on-going
business.
- Global/regional innovation strategy implementation in Korea
Drive innovation for Korea needs and assure smooth and timely implementation of global/regional innovation
strategy in Korea including strategic measures e.g. collaboration projects with customers
- HBO technical support
Ensure technical teams work closely with sales and industry marketing for an effective triangle approach towards
the target customers. Ensure adequate resources for technical support of target accounts. Provide technical
training to the EM business teams in Korea
- Technical management of key account
Ensure adequate resources for technical support of and collaboration with key account
- Build-up regional expert network and grow expertise
Link regional network into the global expert network of EM and BASF
- HBO market intelligence management
Ensure regional organization obtain, update, maintain and evaluate technical market trends and needs, applications
of new products/technologies and intelligence on competitors in the region
- Ensure safe working environment
In laboratories, including regulatory compliance

*Education/Qualifications required:
- Education: BS or advanced degree in chemistry or related disciplines

Students who are in the last semester of University 4th year or the last semester of Master degree are
eligible to apply as intern

Graduates and entry-level candidates are eligible to apply as contractor

- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Basic organic, polymer chemistry, surfactant chemistry & applications
- Fluent English speaking & writing preferred, Native level of Korean
- MS Office skills
