[ 업무 내용 ]
ㆍIT service delivery supports to all business unit/users in Korea (+ Japan if needed)ㆍEngaging with Regional team and ensure all IT compliance related matters are aligned and complied with IT standard operating proceduresㆍEnsure IT security and infrastructure within Aon Korea (+ Aon Japan) is managed and zero down time.
ㆍSupport and execute IT initiatives locally.
ㆍVendor management (eg. Supporting IT Team Lead to review contract/agreement Information Technology products and services)
ㆍProvide guidance and coaching for new end users on Company’s systems
ㆍH/W and S/W maintenance
ㆍAssist IT Team Lead in executing and meeting Company’s goal & objective, by leveraging IT support to all business units.
[ 지원 자격 ] | Qualifications
ㆍBachelor's Degree
ㆍMinimum 2 Years relevant IT & Business support experience in an ITIL environment
ㆍGood written and communication skills in English

ㆍIndependent with good analytical, planning and problem analysis and solving skills
ㆍSelf-driven, with eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
