직무 범위 (Your Responsibilities) - Corporate Function Finance in KR (100%)

1) Managing Accounting

- Prepare, analyse, and discuss local gross margins with Business Partner
- Review and analysis of cost centres and address actions points with local management
- Manage cost challenge process and ensure key performance indicators
- Develop local inventory procedures and risk management
- Participate in budgeting process together with HQ

2) Budgeting, business Planning

- Setting targets, communicate assumptions and coordinate the budget with the local management
- Lead the planning process and provide the business with relevant financial support to enable effective planning
- Apply various budgeting and forecasting methods and innovate the critical inputs to the business planning

3) Overview of transactional accounting

- Review and report the balance sheet variances and P&L to the designated General Manager and Business Partner and demonstrate professional scepticism in the course of preparing journal entries and analysing transactions
- Provide overall support and design local business processes and the enforcement of policies
- Lead financial statement audits, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Review contracts for appropriate financial recognition
- Perform other duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities

4) Taxation

- Ensure tax estimation complying with updated tax regulation.
- File a VAT and tax return
- Review of local tax, property tax, corporate income tax etc.
- Ensure tax compliance for local businesses

5) Other

- Complete cross functional projects as needed.
- Leading risk management in financial aspect.
- Provide professional advice and assistance to support the company’s business in terms of accounting, finance, and taxation, including credit control.
- Daily and monthly communication channel between HQ resolving any disputes and reconciling items


Your Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Controlling or Accounting, or Business Administration with supplemented hours in accounting and controlling or a certificate as CPA
- Must have at least five years professional experience in controlling, which includes working as an integral part of the monthly closing procedure, at best in a manufacturing company
- Understanding and apply the advanced costing techniques in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of core accounting principles as well problem identification, and resolutions skills
- Drive the local planning processes with the local management to enable effective planning
- Lead the local transactional accounting department and encourage and challenge the team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Strong organizational skills as well to build and foster relationships across the organization
