EA & Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

The role supports General Manager and business.
Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to-:

Executive Assistant
• Providing support to General Manager
• Assist to plan and coordinate GM’s schedules
• Assist overseas’ visitor arrangemnets

Office Administration
• Handle genenral administrative requests and queries from employees
• Organize and prepare for company events, meetings with key stakesholders
• Manage the office including stationery, cleanliness, suppliers
• Utilize SAP to process purchase orders, purchase requests and tax invoices
• Support payment procedure work with GBS Team
• Support for onboarding & off boarding
• Provide office facility and IT system guide

Business Unit Support

• Support promotion/marketing activities : Booth, advertisement etc
• Support brochure, customer gimmick, promotion materials production
• Support promotion event reporting

Skills & Experience:
1 + years’ experience in EA or office support
Intermediate level skills in MS Office
Well-developed communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to co-ordinate and priorities tasks, often juggling numerous tasks at the same time

This is a fixed term contract role. Contract period from October 2024 - March 2026)
