생산 기술 담당 직원 (Manufacturing Engineer)

[Mission]
- Manufacturing engineer is committed to achieve all production targets defined during the project.
- Manages, directs, and coordinates overall plant operations for the project.
- Develop engineering solutions for manufacturing problems and issues. Solutions include new processes, fixtures, tooling, engineering changes, and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop manufacturing process and logistics concept.
- Ensures reliability, safety, compliance to norms and regulations of product/system and to ergonomic rules


[Activities]

• Support manufacturing issues from definition to problem resolution
• Coordinate changes of process on finishing centers and assembly lines
• Troubleshoot daily automation and controls issues with support of Automation/Maintenance engineer.
• Coordinate training of main operators for new and existing production lines
• Design and fabrication of new tools and fixtures
• Prepare changes in product (new versions, new products)
• Continuously improve productivity on the shop floor
• Daily manufacturing problem resolution
• Perform risk analysis before LOTO and work performed inside machines.
• Train and coach other technicians on LOTO and safe work practices
• Responsible to advise when standard work instructions are not covering a necessary specific activity.
• Responsible to check the correct application of LOTO, in line with procedures.
• Seek guidance from the LOTO steering Committee for any concerns regarding LOTO
• Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises.
• Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing.
• Must comply with all work rules, policies, and procedures


[Requirement]
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or equivalent related experience.
- Preferred four (4) to seven (7) years manufacturing experience in automotive industry.
- Mandatory fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and 2D/3D CAD.
- Good communication capability with project core team members, suppliers, IE and PO engineers in worldwide.
- Competency for analysis, problem-solving, and building the action plan must successfully complete all required training.
- Must comply with Safety, environment, fire and all company regulations and procedures.
- Must keep all work-related information confidential and not disclose outside of the company.
- Build up individual competency.
