[근무조건]
- 근무지 : Sunway Visio
- 근무시간 : 월 - 금 9:30 - 18:30 고정근무
- 기본급 : 9,000링깃 + 월 수당 200링깃 + KPI(퍼포먼스에 따른 수당) 최대 450 링깃

[Job Description]
Responsible for the handling of customer queries based on training provided for one or several locations/clients. Mainly handles inbound

email contacts and answers questions by passing on clear information via several communication channels on specific procedures and

services. Currently is applicable for non-voice channel, but not limited to the potential of exploring other channels should client

Enthusiastic & independence personality are added advantage in order to facilitate a user-friendly environment into response to end-user.

[Responsibilities]

Customer-friendly and answer in an efficient manner.

Solve customer queries (inquiries & technical questions handling based on training of product and process), questions or problems raised by customers through channels.

Identify the questions or desires of the customer by good listening and asking clarifying questions.

Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.

Gather customer contact, documents, and all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered.

Keep up to date with new developments in the area of the relevant line of business.

Able to take over tasks delegated by the manager.

[Requirements]

Requirement

Actively respond and effectively solve customer problems.

Ensure the quality of service and strive to improve customer satisfaction.

Independent logical thinking & good at managing customer’s sentiment via email communication in order to harvest good customer satisfaction score (CSAT).

Enthusiastic and positively embrace challenges

5 working day from Monday – Friday, working hours will be standard working hours from 9:30AM – 6:30PM Malaysia time, and both working day and working hours will be subjected to changes based on business requirement from time to time.

Able to cross-support different regions based on business requirements.


At least 1~3 years of customer service-related work experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Native Korean candidate

Fluent in Korean & English writing and speaking skill.

English writing level at least B2 and above.

Typing ability: more than 60 words per minute.
