직무 DuPont OLED R&D 팀에서 Lab Technician (1년 계약) 으로 근무하실 분을 채용합니다.
주요 업무는 아래와 같습니다.

연구소 업무 지원
ㆍ화학 소재 분석 및 평가 업무 보조 수행
ㆍUV/PL Spectroscopy, HPLC 분석기기 운영업무 보조 수행

연구소 실험실 관리
ㆍ용매 재고 관리
ㆍUV/PL Spectroscopy, HPLC분석 실험 관련 물품 구매 및 관리
ㆍ작업 실험실 정리

연구소 장비 관리
ㆍUV/PL Spectroscopy, HLPC 장비 maintenance 관리
ㆍ설비 사용에 따른 고장 수리 조치
ㆍ각종 점검표/로그북 작성
자격 요건 ㆍ초대졸 이상

Position
 Senior Scientist (박사연구원)
직무 DuPont Litho R&D within Semiconductor Technologies (ST),
Electronics & Industrial Business has a Senior Scientist opening in Dongtan, Korea.
Litho R&D develops a broad portfolio of litho materials that drive advances in
semiconductor industry. Including KrF & ArF resist, BARC, EUV underlayer and EUV
resists, our new products improve the performance of semiconductor devices by
delivering requirements of our customers. Especially, functional sub-layer(FSL) group,
EUV group, and material group in Litho R&D work to develop new ArF/KrF
BARC & EUV underlayer, EUV resist product by innovative formulation design
with new materials.

ㆍDevelop BARC & EUV underlayer, EUV resist and new material by designing new
　concepts or finding optimum formulation to meet required performance.
ㆍResolve technology challenges through focused scientific methodology,
　multidisciplinary approach, and innovative thinking.
ㆍApply expertise in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry/physics,
　analytical methodology, physical optics to develop ST lithography materials.
ㆍInteract closely with material team, engineering team and Fab operation team
　for the new platform development.
ㆍProject management activities including goal setting & progress monitoring,
　development planning, training etc.
ㆍCreate, secure, and manage intellectual property (IP)
ㆍParticipation in industry and technical conferences.
자격 요건 ㆍPh.D in Organic chemistry, polymer science, and material science or
　a Master's degree with experience
ㆍVerbal and written communication skills including technical writing and
　presenting in English/Korean
Position
 Senior Sientist(석/박사연구원)
직무 DuPont OLED within Electronics & Industrial Business has Chemist openings in
Dongtan, Korea. We are seeking highly motivated synthetic chemists with specialist
experience in heterocycle and/or aromatic small molecule synthesis.
The Chemist is responsible for synthesis of OLED materials, coordinating all design of
new materials, developing new materials and discover new synthetic of OLED
materials for mobile, TV and various high-end displays including flexible and
transparent devices.

ㆍResponsible for synthesis of OLED materials
ㆍ Coordinate all design of New Materials.
ㆍResolve technology challenges through focused scientific methodology,
　multidisciplinary approach and innovative thinking.
ㆍCreate and secure intellectual property for DuPont.
ㆍPromote strong communication with all team members.
ㆍ Ensure implementation of constructability concepts.
ㆍ Identify and take corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure
　the project goals for cycle-time, cost, and quality are met.
자격 요건

ㆍMaster Degree or Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry.
ㆍQuick learner for the new chemical reactions.
ㆍPreparation and characterization of novel materials using multi-step organic
　synthesis methods.
ㆍExperienced Synthetic Chemist bearing various synthetic skills
