주요 직무 Drive Financial Performance : lead the Korea sales team to achieve financial  
 performance and business goals.
Develop sales talent : cultivate a highly engaged and top performing sales team,

Strategic leadership : formulate and executive a comprehensive business strategy
 across Advanced Circuit and Packaging and Interconnect Solutions business,

Demand and Sales Forecasting : Ensure accurate demand and sales forecasting,

Early Engagements with OEMs : Partner with OEMs and key fabricators during the
 early design phases to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
New Product Launches : lead global cross functional teams to launch new products,
 ensuring commercial excellence and effective communication. Inspire and align
 diverse account teams to meet objectives
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong long term relationship with
 both external and internal stakeholders, driving customer intimacy and Partner of
 Choice initiatives for sustainable business growth with regional and global customers
Cross-Regional Collaboration : In country sales team will collaborate Korea account
 operating abroad to prioritize project pipelines cross region.
필수 요건 ㆍEducational Background : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,
 or Material Science
ㆍLeadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, empower, and motivate diverse account
 teams, effectively manage plans and teams to achieve objectives
ㆍIndustry Experience : At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, advanced
 packaging, or PCB sales operations
ㆍManagement Experience : A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in people
 and team management, and organizational development
ㆍKey Competencies : Strong strategic thinking, influencing, communication,
 and problem solving skills with a strong customer orientation and execution capability
Position
Technical Service & Development Engineer (Kalrez)
주요 직무 You will identify and win opportunities by working closely with customers to develop
effective solutions and qualify new products based on specific application requirements.
You will coordinate new product commercialization, ensuring an effective mechanism is
in place to feedback regional needs to marketing and R&D, enabling the positioning of
Kalrez® as the most preferred sealing solution in the market and drive sustainable
business growth for the region.
Other responsibilities include the following:

ㆍProviding technical service and development support for customers to drive
 business growth.
ㆍFully owning the development project from conception to implementation and
 commercialization by working closely with the sales team.
ㆍDeveloping and owning the relationship with the key engineers/end-users in strategic
 accounts to establish Kalrez® position as the most preferred and most advanced sealing
 solution and technologies.
ㆍCollecting and evaluating competitive products to benchmark with Kalrez® position,
 and feedback to sales team to establish Kalrez® value propositions and effective
 competitive strategies over competitors.
ㆍPerforming testing evaluation in laboratory environment and generating technical data
 according to the customer/market needs.
ㆍConducting technical presentations/seminars at customer/partner meetings, technical
 conferences, and distributor trainings to promote Kalrez® application as needed.
ㆍParticipating in various institute and industry association conferences to connect
 with technical resource.
필수 요건 ㆍA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry/Material Science/Chemical
 Engineering or related science background is required. Master’s candidates are
 encouraged to apply.
ㆍA minimum of 5-year work experience as technical engineer is required.
 The candidate must have experience working with external customers.
ㆍHighly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal skills and
 the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization. Demonstrated
 ability to understand and define customer needs, and drive new product/application
 development to meet customer needs.
ㆍStrong background in problem solving, using multiple analytical procedures to identify
 and characterize product development barriers.
ㆍDemonstrate broad technical interests for diversified market and applications
 including semiconductor and industrials.
ㆍDemonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral
 presentations. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to team members and
 management on all aspects of program activity. Excellent English communication skills.
ㆍMust be able to work well in teams and to work independently with limited supervision.
ㆍAbility to travel in Korea and other countries (at least 50%)

선호 요건 ㆍThe ideal candidate will have experience as a technical engineer in semiconductor
 fabs, especially in DRAAM or 3D NAND.
 Also the experience with polymer or rubber technology will be an asset.
 Demonstrated results in a customer-facing technical role and the ability to identify and
 drive new customer opportunities, as well as leading cross-functional teams to handle
 various projects and key customer relationships.
 The candidate should have a proven record of accomplishments, including developing
 new products and launching new products, patents, publications, and/or novel product
 claims. They must be creative, innovative, and solution-driven, with a passion for
 exploring new ideas and technologies.

Sales Specialist (Cleaning and Etching solutions)
주요 직무 ㆍResponsible for sales of FEOL/BEOL cleaning and selective etching solutions
ㆍPerform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads to
 oversee demand/supply balancing, problem resolution, negotiation skills, and
 relationship building
ㆍLead cross-functional teams to drive sales plan execution and growth by leading
 market intelligence communications process, growth project enablement, cost
 management, etc.
ㆍAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
 on technical challenges, new applications to ensure the correct products and
 services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
ㆍInvestigate and resolve customer quality and performance complaints w/
 strong ownership to maintain trust.

Customer Account Technology Engineer (PCB circuit metallization)
주요 직무 We are seeking an experienced "Customer Account Technology Engineer"
 to join our team and provide technical expertise in chemicals and equipment for
 PCB circuit metallization, works with R&D, Product line management, and
 commercial team in new product commercialization, application development,
 and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers’ needs,
 defend existing business, and explore new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product
 development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.
Leverage efficient expertise to expand DuPont products to different processes
 and equipment allocation.
Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new
 product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer
 needs by equipping with technology professionals.
Bring tech-marketing insights into the organization.
필수 요건 ㆍMS degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent.
ㆍ5+ years experience with Cu electroplating used in PCB industry.
ㆍStrong data analytical and DOE capabilities. Comfortable and experienced with

 (e.g. JMP, Minitab, MS Excel).

Field Application Engineer (EMI, Thermal Interface Material, Metal/MCP)

주요 직무 Accountable for thermal interface material, EMI, absorber, inductive components
 and other products or solutions promotion. Provide in-depth & hands-on technical
 support to responsible market & customers.
Regularly attend customer design review meetings and provide technical design
 support.
Utilize all product offerings, providing insightful and detailed design solutions.
Present design solutions to customer team, utilizing solid model design techniques
 during presentation.
Drive prototype, tool build, and initial production build to meet customer timelines.
Originate and release final production documentation, detailed with critical dimensions
 and tolerances required for a functional part, but also taking into account
 manufacturing restrictions.
Manage and direct a product development design team consisting of multiple
 engineering disciplines.
Manage and coordinate activities between departments to meet product
 development requirements.
Simultaneously set priorities/direction for multiple programs in development.
Responsible for working with OEM engineers, Manufacturer's Representatives,
 Distribution Partners and Territory Sales Managers to implement Laird Technologies
 provided solutions for existing, qualifying new and next generation and cost reduction
 programs.
Keep work skills current to insure Laird Performance Materials competitiveness
 in a dynamic global business environment. May require extensive travel to customer
 sites required providing design specific solutions.
Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

ㆍExcellent communication & demonstration skills, both oral and written in
 English & Korean, internal and external.
ㆍExcellent time management skills.
ㆍExhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company
 groups and the expertise required to take a product through development and on to
 production.
ㆍ3rd language abiltity (Chinese and others) is welcome.
ㆍLocal/Overseas business trip is required.
ㆍBachelor’s Degree in Polymer materials & Engineering, Electronics Engineering
 or relevant.
ㆍ10 years experience in a similar position.
