면세MD 경력직 모집
비비안웨스트우드 한국 공식파트너로 백화점(갤러리아, 현대, 신세계 등),
프리미엄아울렛(신세계여주, 신세계파주 등), 면세점(신라면세점, 롯데면세점 등) 등
30여개 매장운영 및 영국본사와 공동디자인하우스를 운영하고 있습니다.
모집부문  
모집부문 면세MD
담당업무 - 상품 오더, 온라인 상품 등록 및 선적 F/W, 브랜드 관리, 면세점 영업, 영업 관리,
  거래처 관리, 매장 관리, 매출 관리

1. ORDER / BUYING / MERCHANDISING
 - Order process / Selling campaign
   (participate seasonal collection buying 2 times a year in Paris)
   ; Make a selection and order list by request for DF stores and buying strategy
   ; Send order list with quantities by store to DF buyer during business trip (selling campaign)
   ; Get a confirmation for order from DF buyer
   ; Research competitors' brand for market trend and needs 
     (competitor strategies, positioning charts, pricing analysis, product offer)
 - Manage defective product and inspection and prepare report

2. SHIPMENT / ERP
 - Manage shipment schedule
 - Input bulk order detail (style, quantity, amount) in system
 - Update shipment accumulation (delivery status)
 - Arrange stock replenishment
 - Arrange return old stocks from DFS
   ; Arrange return stock list by season
   ; Find BL & invoice number and highlight corresponded style, unit price & quantity

3. COMMUNICATION WITH BUYER
 - Manage shipment schedule
 - Share replenishment plan and get a extra budget
 - Manage shop to shop stock transfer to reach high sell-through and to encourage sales
 - Arrange store promotion (ex. Gift voucher, GWP, DM)

4. COMMUNICATION WITH STORE
 - Monitoring of sales and stock performance by store
 - Conduct store activities regarding sales and sell-through performance to ensure
   achievement of targets
 - Make and provide training materials for every season
 - Conduct product training to sales staffs to develop product knowledge
 - Arrange store manager meeting regularly
 - Store visits to provide assistance and feedback and increase performance
 - Manage new opening store & renovation
   ; Follow-up on delivery of merchandise for opening
   ; Proper product training and knowledge is provided to the sales staff 
   ; Arrange opening promotion in store

5. REPORT / SALES ANALYSIS
 - Conduct monthly sales accumulation
 - Making a defective report to HQ
 - Update monthly sales versus previous year report to HQ
 - Analyze Monthly sell-out report to HQ
 - Analyze product moving per month by category, color, size, shop and evaluate collection
 - Frequently providing continues update according the store performances to HQ
자격요건 - 학력 : 대졸 (전공 무관)
- 경력 : 경력 2년 이상
            (At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail operation
            (Experience in Travel Retail will be plus))
- 직급 : 주임 ~ 대리 이상 (대리 포함)
- 이메일 업무 및 회화 가능
- 영어가능자
- TOEIC 800급(점)이상
- 해당 직무 근무 경험
- 엑셀, 한글, 파워포인트 중상급

- Strong written and spoken both in Korean and English
- Exceptional analytical skills 
- Exceptional attention to detail and well organized
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) 
- Over 2 years of merchandising experience preferred
