Key
responsibilities:
• Build
short-mid-term channel strategy in line with company's strategic business
direction.
• Implement dealer selection and assessment of 2S dealers / 3S branches
• Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to improve dealer competence
development program based on DOS,
DSOMG and relevant KPI guidelines.
• Coach KSS’s existing 2S dealers /3S branches for their operational
excellence focusing on profitability and
efficiency.
• Drive and support 2S dealers in the usage of all KSS management tools
• Train, audit, and manage localized Dealer Operating Standards for 2S
dealers and KSS
• Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from 2S dealers and 3S
branches.
• Co-ordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), Dealer Satisfaction Survey
(COSS) with respective research
companies and manage them.
• Gather market information and conduct market survey
Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent
·
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CE sales and
marketing business
·
Machine parts business and service support experience
preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Understanding of Construction Equipment business, industry,
and product.
·
Deep understanding of channel management and dealer operation
