About the role

To support our continued expansion, we seek a project coordinator to help us manage projects to global distributors. With the expansion of global audiences, the quality of media assets is one of the primary needs of our clients. This position will be key in helping us to build next generation localization workflows to offer premium content localization services.

In addition to being quality and detail-oriented, the ideal candidate will be a language enthusiast with a passion for globalizing entertainment content with an appreciation for the importance of regional and cultural differences.

Responsibilities
Assist the project management team with administrative tasks
Assist the project management and English teams with scheduling
Assist production operators with administrative tasks
Create and manage subtitle and audio dubbing projects as assigned
Track status of ongoing projects, auditing between systems
Assign work to translators and linguists globally
Document processes to assist in training production staff
Update workflows and checklists according to client specifications as needed
Work with the billing team to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time
Other related tasks as assigned to fulfill responsibilities

빌링 팀과 협력하여 프로젝트가 제때에 정확히 청구
책임 완수를 위해 할당된 기타 관련 업무 수행

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Linguistics and language study majors and/or Entertainment and Media
Ability to speak, read, and understand English
Experience in localization, access services, media industry and post-production workflows
Passionate about language, customer experience and customer service excellence
Strong PC and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done

자격 요건

학사 학위, 언어학 및 언어학 전공 및/또는 엔터테인먼트 및 미디어 전공자 우대
영어 스피킹, 읽기, 이해 능력
로컬라이제이션, 액세스 서비스, 미디어 산업 및 포스트 프로덕션 워크플로우에 대한 경험
언어, 고객 경험 및 고객 서비스 우수성에 대한 열정
강력한 PC 및 관리 기술
뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력
긴박감 및 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 일할 수 있는 능력
