Sales forecasting & Demand Planning - Monitor and analyze sales trend, seasonality & product availability as well as market feedback provided by sales team. - Coordinate sales forecast and plan with Sales, PMM and related departments. - Propose sales forecast and demand planning and lead internal discussion with CEO, CFO, Sales, PMM and Controlling. Business Strategy & Planning - Establish strategy and planning to develop and maintain effective sales. - Plan the sales volume with considering product plan in short, middle, and long term. - Encourage sales branch to focus on sales activity with considering product plan and stock level. - Communicate to determine the strategic direction of sales. - Consultation for sales branches to increase market transparency. - Provide stock availability and simulate stock status required by sales promotion and incentive scheme planning. - Share the inventory situation on monthly basis and encourage Sales representative to focus on old stock clearing.
Business Development - Continuous development of the potential business to achieve sustainable business growth. - Assess market opportunities and target markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.
Inventory and Order Management - Prioritize or delay in production and delivery to optimize inventory level by monitoring sales trend and market feedback - Clear communication with logistics, product team and sales branches to ensure proper stock level - Accurate order management according to demand planning. Reporting - Report sales figure, arrival date, stock and transit to RC SEA - Report sales forecast and demand planning (Kufri) to RC SEA - Report sales, stock, transit status to CEO via Integrated Sales Report in MC meetings. - Report monthly sales and sales initiative issues within organization Industry and Market Analysis - Analyze the CV industry development to determine the market share of our sales network and to detect business opportunities. - Research and monitor market environment changes and support to set plan to maximize sales volume. - Support the sales organization to achieve the retail target by competitive analysis. |
