ㆍ경력 : 신입/경력 1년 ~ 3년

Job Description
  1. - Support payroll process by preparing pre-payroll, checking payroll input files related to diverse payroll and HR data (ex. non-workday data).
  2. - Ensure payroll input data accuracy based on checklists by effective payroll process administration and communication with internal stakeholders.
  3. - Assist payroll administration/data consolidation/document review with diverse internal stakeholders.
  4. - Assist with all activities necessary to processing payroll including maintaining related records.

    Education and Experience
    1. - Bachelor’s degree or above.
    2. - preferred: 1 ~ 3 years’ relevant working experiences in related fields (ex. document administration/HR administration/Payroll)
    *Employment contract period: 1 year

    Personal Skills
    1. - Business level of English.
    2. - Ability to deal with sensitive information and perform the tasks in compliance.
    3. - Ability to understand and follow standard payroll operating process and policies.
    4. - Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude.
    5. - Proactive attitude and clear communication skills with stakeholders.
    6. - Learns fast and picks up tasks quickly.
    7. - Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
