담당업무
Sales manager는 Proposal engineer, R&D, Operation 부서와 협업하게 됩니다. 주요 업무 이며, 이에 제한되지 않고 다른 업무 또한 진행합니다.
JD – New biz—RE100, VPP, INVERTER Responsibilities: - Timely and accurate grasp of customer dynamics and competitive dynamics and feedback key information, to provide effective support for customer management;
- Implemented in-depth customer organization and personal insight, conducted high-level customer relationship establishment and three-dimensional customer relationship establishment planning and planning, effectively carried out customer public relations activities, and ensured customer support from key executives and key links of projects;
- Timely and accurate grasp of customer dynamics and competitive dynamics and feedback key information, to provide effective support for comprehensive customer management;
- Support the overall customer management work of the strategic key account director, provide suggestions for customer management and project operation with detailed and accurate first-hand information, and support the continuous improvement of customer business performance;
- Supported the implementation of marketing activities of business units and departments, actively planned and implemented daily customer communication activities, implemented basic customer management actions, planned and operated high-level, complex and competitive customer relationships, and continuously improved customer trust and acceptance;
- Conducted customer and project decision chain analysis, accurately identified key customer decision chain personnel, dug, established, maintained and improved daily customer relationship, and was responsible for project information collection and customer research in all aspects of the bidding process, so as to improve project success rate;
Requirements: - Chinese, Korean available for recruitment
- At least 1 year sales experience in new energy industry.
- Previous experiences in renewable energy, RE100 & VPP (Virtual Power Plant) industrial segments preferred.
- Good command of Korean and English is a plus.
- Strong project management ability, customer management ability, information sorting and summarizing ability, communication and coordination ability, public relations ability.
- Ability to acquire new business and consult of solutions.
- Attributes in influencing key decision makers. Comfortable working in multi-cultural environments.
- Proactive and result-driven.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
