(Contract Logistics) Contract Logistics Site Manager (평택)
ㆍContinually seek to identify areas for improvement in all activities
ㆍAdhere to the Company’s policies on Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Induction and
　Training, as well as other relevant matters in the Company Information Manual
ㆍMaintain regular communication of relevant information with Kuehne+Nagel colleagues,
　in order to promote pro-active relationships
ㆍMaintain good housekeeping practices throughout the working area and commit to the
　principles of the 5S ethos
ㆍProvide an excellent service/relationship with the Customer in terms of quality and response
ㆍEnsure that all K+N Site Rules are adhered to at all times
ㆍFork lifting duties.(as applicable)
ㆍFirst Aid duties. (as applicable)
ㆍCarry out any additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader

Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist (정규/계약)
ㆍTo drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation
　with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center (OCC).
ㆍTo establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through daily
　interactions, regular care visits + pro-actively advising + consulting to ensure customer
　satisfaction.
ㆍTo qualify customer inquiries + provide quotations within the given price band, in line with the
　guiding leeway in decision-making, then following up to ensure quotations are accepted +
　closed.
ㆍTo support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion + transfer
　of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
ㆍTo collaborate with Finance + Revenue Care Center (RCC) to adjust credit limits based on daily
　business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
ㆍTo document, resolve, analyze all companies and feedback then identify, share + eliminate
　root causes.
ㆍTo create, review + refine customer reports.
ㆍTo ensure delivery against all financial targets + strategic objectives.

Project Logistics Intern (1년 계약)
ㆍTo support in the preparation of materials + market research, gathering insights + trends on
　our industry.
ㆍTo compile data + information from stakeholders.
ㆍTo assist in the creation of solutions + tools, leading to productivity improvements or other
　core initiatives.
ㆍTo learn + provide support in selected digital projects.
ㆍTo support in design of industry solutions in driving overall development + productivity for
　the business.
ㆍTo assist with the setting up + maintenance of our reports + systems.
ㆍTo provide administrative support in various processes within the team.
ㆍTo support in internal + external communications.

(Sea Logistics) Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist (서울, 계약직)
ㆍTo create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system,
　coordinate with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise,
　obtain DG approvals where required, escalating discrepancies as required.
ㆍTo monitor + report on operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring
　strong data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.
ㆍTo create files for consolidation containers (Master).
ㆍTo review + ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any
　deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate + routing
　information into consideration.
ㆍTo issue + accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue BAL specimen,
　carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) within 24 hours of departure.
ㆍTo ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.
ㆍTo release BAL B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.
ㆍTo ensure cost awareness + efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates
　including profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs.
ㆍTo check + verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate
　discrepancies.
ㆍTo support and resolve claims + disputes.

ㆍTo own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring
　prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close
　profitable and sustainable customer deals.
ㆍTo align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing and Sea Logistics Business
　Development teams, including pricing decisions.
ㆍTo monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
ㆍTo report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
ㆍTo align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
ㆍTo maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
ㆍTo regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
ㆍTo focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high
　levels of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
