# Position Summary

Service Engineer for Punch+Bend/GSC (GSC MT: Global Service Center Machine Tool)
This is an individual contributor position for installation and maintenance of the machines provided by TRUMPF. The engineers in this position will handle various machine tools such as Laser Cutting, press brake, punching, pipe cutting machine and smart factory system. The focus is on providing technical support to domestic and international customers in sheet metal industry.

# Key Responsibility

ü   Domestic and international installation and maintenance of the machines

ü   Customer support and technical consultation

ü   Performing of Installation, maintenance and repair on all systems responsible by Punch+Bend team

ü   Reporting the details on all the work that is done on each mission using SIS (service information system)

ü  Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service issues with HQ.

# Requirement

ü   Engineering degree or relevant experience in a related field

ü   Experience in mechanical maintenance and management (approx. 5 Years is preferred)

ü   Strong technical problem-solving skills

ü   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

ü   Customer-Oriented mindset

ü   Language: English required 

ü   Driver License (MUST)

# Others

ü   Related experience can be plus with machine tools, automation system
