Dispatcher는 풍력단지 내 근무하는 풍력발전기 유지보수기술자의 근무 일정을 조율하고 효율적으로 업무를 배치합니다. 또한 기술 작업 지시서를 이해하고 상황에 맞게 검토 및 수정을 합니다. 풍력발전기를 유지보수할 수 있도록 필요한 물품을 해당 단지로 배치하고 관리하는 업무를 담당합니다.

The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting service and site management by defining the working packages for the technicians for scheduled services and troubleshooting and monitoring as part of the back-end processing. This role is also responsible for monitoring the appropriate allocation of resources, including technicians, spare parts, and tools in order to maximize wind farm performance through tools/methods such as 52-week country/regional level capacity planning.

• 작업 환경 및 업무 특성에 따른 근무자 스케쥴관리
• 풍력발전 단지 내 시설 유지보수에 필요한 물품 배치 및 관리

Responsibilities
ㆍBalance all assigned product orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
ㆍService crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
ㆍTools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
ㆍCrew schedules are monitored on a day-to-day basis
ㆍService schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
ㆍOn time communication to crews an partner is guaranteed
ㆍKPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

[지원자격]
• 에너지 발전 단지내 최소 2년 이상 기술직으로 근무
• 풍력, 기술, 전기 관련 지식 및 실무 경험
• 영문으로 작성된 작성 지시서를 이해가능

Qualifications
ㆍMinimum 2 years. experience maintenance planning in large asset-based environment.
ㆍExperience in preparing detailed reports.
ㆍExperience liaising with Blue Collar workers.
ㆍExperience in high stress situations in major service planning in maintenance environment
ㆍFluency in spoken and written English, Korean
ㆍPreferred qualification (Not Mandatory)
ㆍ4+ years of professional experience
ㆍWind Turbine / Mechanical Engineering / Electricity related background
